Warranty Information

The warranty period begins on the date of invoice and covers manufacturer defect(s) and electronic malfunctions. Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, improper installation, lightning, power surges, or other acts of nature is not covered. Warranty claims made more than 30 days after the invoice date may be fulfilled with a like-new/refurbished replacement of the same product or sent in for repair, subject to availability. For international orders and warranty returns outside the continental U.S., customers are responsible for all shipping charges, duties, and taxes.

Each item listing notes individual warranty period, as most of our refurbished phones include a one-year warranty. Other items such as power supplies, cordless phones, refurbished networking equipment, system cards, etc. include a 30/90-day warranty. Also, please note that some manufacturers we carry do not offer returns, and only offer replacements. Items labeled β€˜final sale’ are not eligible for return, due to manufacturer return policy. Returns/Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

In order to return/replace an item in compliance with our policies, you must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA Number), within 30 calendar days of delivery, by calling 1-844-417-2294 or completing our RMA request form. The serial number and/or warranty sticker number located on the back of each product, must be provided and verified, in order for us to approve and provide an RMA. Please note that removing, puncturing, or altering the warranty sticker in any way will immediately void your warranty. If a product arrives DOA or fails within the first 30 days of delivery, we will provide a return shipping label, to return for replacement. After 30 days, return shipping must be covered by the buyer and in return, we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement.

We do not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number, and they will be refused and shipped back to you. The RMA number should be prominently displayed and included on the shipping label or inside the box/packing slip containing the returned product(s). All returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received, with all packaging, item materials, accessories, and manuals, etc.

When we receive the RMA, we will receive, inspect, and a refund will be issued within (5) business days back to the original payment method.

Restocking Fee

Returns for refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee, only within the first 30 days after purchase. We offer replacements for defective items, but if a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued without the restocking fee. Please note that refund requests will not be accepted more than 30 days after the invoice date.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellation requests are honored prior to the shipment of product from our warehouse, but subject to a 3% credit card fee. Once an order is shipped, an order cannot be cancelled and an RMA must be requested.

Shipping Policies, Times, and Methods

We strive to ship all ground orders the same day whenever possible; however, we guarantee same-day shipping for express orders placed before our daily cutoff time. If there are any delays with your shipment, we will promptly notify you to keep you informed. When your order ships, you will receive an invoice by end of day with tracking number and serial number(s).

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to refund shipping costs because carriers do not reimburse us and the service has been completed. Also, please note that shipping on all returns is non-refundable.

Ground; Most orders deliver in 1-5 days depending on delivery distance.  Offer valid in intercontinental U.S. states.

2nd Day Air; Arrives by end of day on second business day.

2nd Day Air AM; Arrives by before noon on second business day.

Next Day Air Saver; Arrives by end of day on next business day.

Next Day Air; Arrives by noon next business day. Express orders received after 1PM PST will ship the following business day (2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver)
