Returns & Refunds Policy

RMA Required (within 30 days of delivery)
To return or replace an item, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 calendar days of delivery by calling 1-844-417-2294 or completing our RMA request form.

  • You must provide the product serial number and/or warranty sticker number for verification.

  • Removing, puncturing, or altering the warranty sticker voids the warranty immediately.

Who Pays Shipping on Returns

  • If a product arrives DOA or fails within the first 30 days of delivery, we provide a return shipping label for replacement.

  • After 30 days, return shipping is covered by the buyer, and we cover shipping for the replacement.

How to Ship Your RMA

  • Returns without prior authorization and an RMA number will be refused and shipped back.

  • Display the RMA number on the shipping label or include it inside the box/packing slip.

  • All returned products must be in the same condition received, with all packaging, materials, accessories, and manuals.

Refund Timing
After your RMA is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Restocking Fee

  • Returns for refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee within the first 30 days after purchase.

  • We offer replacements for defective items; if a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued without the restocking fee.

  • Refund requests are not accepted more than 30 days after the invoice date.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests are honored before shipment and are subject to a 3% credit card fee.

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and an RMA must be requested.
