Shipping policy

Processing & Notifications
We strive to ship all ground orders the same day when possible; express orders placed before our daily cutoff are guaranteed same-day shipping. If there are any delays, we will promptly notify you. When your order ships, you will receive an invoice by end of day with tracking and serial number(s).

Non-Refundable Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped. Carriers do not reimburse us for completed services. Shipping on returns is also non-refundable.

Service Levels & Typical Delivery Times

  • Ground: Most orders deliver in 1–5 business days depending on distance. Offer valid within the continental U.S.

  • 2nd Day Air: Arrives by end of day on the second business day.

  • 2nd Day Air AM: Arrives before noon on the second business day.

  • Next Day Air Saver: Arrives by end of day on the next business day.

  • Next Day Air: Arrives by noon on the next business day.

    • Express orders received after 1:00 PM PST ship the next business day (2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver).

Carrier Delays
Courier delays due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control and may occur.

Sales Tax
We collect sales tax in CA. For tax-exempt entities, please see our Tax Exempt page for instructions.
